Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy 

• Cancellations or rescheduling  must be made no later than 24 hours before your booking. 
• If cancellation or no show  should occur, a 50% fee will be taken over the phone or kept from your online booking deposit. 
• Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled resulting in a cancellation fee. 

General T&C’s

• We kindly ask you don't bring children or guests to your appointment to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. 
• There will be a zero tolerance of disrespect towards staff and or the studio space. This includes any verbal/ physical abuse or deliberate damage or theft at the studio.
• Personal services will only be provided to those who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as per the Victorian government rules.
